Basal Cell Cancer

Skin cancers such as basal cell carcinomas are common. An abnormal growth of skin cells, known as basal cells, is the origin of basal cell carcinoma. The most common symptom of basal cell carcinoma is a small, somewhat translucent lump on the skin. You’re more likely to have basal cell carcinoma on your head and neck since they’re exposed to the sun the most.
